Family run and owned since 1980. It all began with Ron Bretthauer, who’s vision was to build a business that would serve the community he loved for generations. Ron passed on his passion for quality and affordable asphalt services to his son Steve, and grandson, Steven.
Now, Steve and Steven are Pacific Northwest leaders in asphalt maintenance. They strive to provide cost-effective services to prolong the life of your asphalt.
It is well understood that first impressions matter - a well maintained roadway is the best way to present your home or business.

Our company offers quality and fair priced services for any asphalt needs which include dust control, crack seal, chip seal and seal coating. We contract with reputable businesses throughout the Portland / Hillsboro / Beaverton areas for additional asphalt, road striping, paving and grading requirements for each job. *Please be aware that each county (Primarily Yamhill, Washington and Multnomah) sometimes have permitting requirements based on what services are requested.
Pricing is expected to fluctuate yearly due to product supply, whether additional OSHA requirements must be met and the staffing, equipment or otherwise needed for each service requested. Please contact by phone, or by submitting a communication below for the most accurate details
